The six doctors reunite at last and discuss the virus, named the Rosalia Virus. All hope seems lost, but an alternative is brought up: a team must look for Rosalia to create an antiserum from her blood while the rest stays behind to treat the patients.
One problem: Rosalia's whereabouts are unknown at best, save for the fact she's living somewhere in Mexico.
