venti is a playable anemo character in genshin impact. he is a free-spirited, wine-loving bard of mondstadt, belying his identity as barbatos, the anemo archon. the traveler first meets him soothing the dragon stormterror, and later while trying to pacify the dragon's rage discovers that he is barbatos, the anemo archon and patron god of mondstadt, who has come to save his old friend. The two become close allies from thereon.

mettaton is a robot with a soul and was built by alphys. Initially poised as an entertainment robot turned human killing robot, mettaton is later revealed to have only acted as such so that alphys could rescue the protagonist, feel important and become closer to them. mettaton is the sole television star of the underground. he serves as the final boss of the core and a major character in undertale.
