1 Cup (200 g) Granulated sugar
2 3/4 Tbsp (20 g) Powdered sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp (20 g) Corn starch
1/4 tsp (1 g) Cream of tartar or Citric acid
1/2 Cup (130 g) Whipping cream 35% fat
1 Cup (220 g) Cream cheese
4 1/4 Tbsp (30 g) Powdered sugar
1 Cup (200 g) Pitted cherries
1/2 Cup (50 g) Almond flakes
