Oggi ci dedichiamo ad un nuovo esercizio di batteria per lo sviluppo dell'indipendenza degli arti.
Consiste nel suonare un ostinato in sedicesimi basato sulla cellula poliritmica del 3:4 con gli arti inferiori, mentre gli arti superiori suoneranno 4 misure di quarti, ottavi e sedicesimi. La durata dell'esercizio è a vostra discrezione :)

Today we talk about a new drum exercise for the development of independence of limbs.
The exercise consists in playing an ostinato in sixteenths notes based on the 3:4 polyrhythmic cell with lower limbs, while the upper limbs play 4 measures of quarter, eighth and sixteenth notes. The duration of the exercise is at your discretion :)
