Taiwanese Castella Cake - Super Soft & Fluffy
Recipe :
- 70g Unsalted Butter
- 80ml Milk
- 70g All Purpose Flour
- 5 Egg Yolks
-1tsp Vanilla Extract
-1/4tsp Salt
- 5 Egg Whites
-1/4tsp Lemon/Lime Juice
-80g Sugar
Mold Size 16 x 16 cm, Bake at 150°/160° for 60-70 minutes (depending to your oven)
