We drove from Baguio City to La Trinidad for an important errand. Baguio City is still under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) while La Trinidad, Benguet is under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) until July 15, 2020. La Trinidad, Benguet is a central hub for the rich fruits and vegetables produce of the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), that is why we weren't surprised about the slightly moderate traffic we encountered during our trip despite going there early in the morning.
