Well, we learned how to blanch almonds LAST week [ Ссылка ], so now we're going to take a cup of those blanched almonds and add 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil, 1 tbsp of maple syrup or honey, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to make almond crème! Put that in your blender, food processor—or best yet—a Vitamix and blend until creamy. For extra added health benefits, be sure to soak those almonds overnight!
