Shackleton Blended Malt Scotch Whisky Review

The whisky is meant to be a recreation of the whisky Ernest Shackelton took on his 1907 Antartic expedition. We got a bit mixed up with our explorers and expeditions though! Oops! The whisky is a nice, light drinker but full enough flavoured and we wouldn't have guessed it was 40% abv. They do recommend you drink it over ice which we only realised after filming but we're not sure that's how we would have best enjoyed it anyway. And as Adrian says, its a really cool story!
