Fractionated Coconut Oil: How It Works With Essential Oils
Fractionated coconut oil (or FCO) works with essential oils as a natural primer to help with absorption, covering larger surface areas on your body, and reduces the chance of irritation from the essential oils since they are so concentrated. I like to use the FCO after showering since my pores are open and ready to receive these natural solutions.
