90 second clip to briefly show some sounds.
This one appears to be broken. I recieved this as a loan pedal with 3 others to demo. There is a detailed description of my experience with dealing with warranty claims else where on this channel (the Black mesa demo)
I could have skipped this one but its a great example of putting lipstick on a pig.A fancy paint job just makes your crooked drill holes look even worse :)
This was joe's response to seeing this clip-
" As for your clips into the wind, Ive seen them, and honestly, Well it would be nice if you told everyone that LHW deluxe is quite old, I havent used that finish in a long time and the 10 way rotary puts it about 2016? Its common for a pedal that old to possibly have an issue, and would be easily fixed with a new rotary switch it looked like. That isnt my problem or fault, but if you ever wanted to fix it its fairly easy. Really you could remove the rotary entirely, and make C2 a 68NF cap and the pedal would most likely fire right up. Unless it needs new ICs due to someone using a budget PSU which also, isnt my fault or issue. It uses 3 TL072 and 1 TL074, theyre socketed for easy swap. The transistors are harder to do and need a soldering iron but they usually dont go out. The clips kinda just look like a whine to have a whine instead of being up front that you purposely obtained a damaged pedal to make me look bad, Tacky and childish behavior for a supposed "old" man. Carry on though, I dont make the versions of anything you are doing videos for anymore so it doesnt really matter at the end of the day to me or anyone paying attention. Ive moved on to things I enjoy more and have more personal interest in."
I would expect a handmade pedal at this price point, made from "quality" components to last more than 7 years without failing. He always uses power supplies as an excuse to either void warrantees,or scapegoat for component faliure when in reality its just poor design.i'm surprised one spot havent sued the guy for slander :)
