Orange Iced Tea Recipe
4 to 8 black tea bags (depending on how strong you like your tea)
4 sprigs of mint leaves
2 cups boiling water
6 cups cold water
1 lemon - juiced1 cup orange juice

Place the tea bags in a pitcher and add the mint. Add the boiling water and steep for about 10 minutes.


NOTE - if you want to sweeten this tea, go ahead and add the two cups of water to a pot with the amount of sugar that you like. Stir until the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil. Then add the tea bags and the mint. Steep.


Strain the tea into the six cups of cold water. Add the lemon and orange juice. Stir well and refrigerate until cold.


Serve with an extra piece of orange and some mint leaves over ice.
