Tonight's story begins with a very short body relaxation (NOTE: you can skip this part by using time stamps/chapters) to help you release the day and any tension, helping you drift off as you listen to this Old Japanese Tale called the Moon Maiden. This is an adapted version, using a mish mash of different versions I found online along with my own bit of creative writing. I hope you enjoy it :)
