Let’s Make Okra Stew!
📌1st Step: Prepare Meat
* Wash & clean chicken and goat meat with lemon or lime and vinegar.
* Season with blended onion, green onion, parsley, red bell pepper, ginger, garlic, habanero, scotch bonnet pepper, Himalayan salt, paprika, and garlic powder.
📌2nd Step: Prepare Okra
* Cut okra into small circles.
* Boil okra in 1 cup of water for 2-5 minutes. Avoid overcooking.
* Add blended green seasoning to the okra.
* For a slimier texture, add a pinch of baking soda.
📌3rd Step: Make Stew
* Heat 1 cup of palm oil.
* Add 3 diced tomatoes, 1/2 chopped red bell pepper, 1/2 sliced red onion, 1/2 sliced yellow onion, 1 crushed habanero pepper, and 1 scotch bonnet.
* Stir in 2 tbsp shrimp powder and Himalayan salt to taste.
Serve and Enjoy with Rice, Banku, or Kenkey!😋
