The latissimus dorsi is a muscle that refers back pain in the middle, close to the shoulder blade. It is not a muscle that is typically overloaded by office work. However, it can be by fitness e.g., pull ups or excessive workouts when you lower your arms.
It can also be the consequence of pain the serratus posterior superior, which is related to bad ergonomics at the office: typically, having your desk too high and extending your arms forward. This could also be related to working from home, because tables at home are higher than an ergonomic desk for computer work.
