In this 3rd episode, we are talking to Miss Dorothy Tembo, the Deputy Executive Director of the International Trade Center.
Dorothy Tembo stands out as a woman of purpose, a woman leading how we would coalesce around positions. She was the Chief Trade Negotiator and Director of External Trade of the Zambia Ministry of Trade, then went on to be the founding Head of the Enhanced Integrated Framework, Executive Director, and is now at ITC doing fascinating things for women SMEs creating impact out of export. Today we hear her story and get some ideas as to how we can really move ahead positively on the question of SMEs capacity building in Africa.
