Clip is from 2003's of the Hill episode titled “Vision Quest" (Season 7, Episode 12)
Hank, Nancy and John Redcorn show up at the Zoo, and try and stop Dale and Joseph from shooting a Panda with a bow and arrow. John Redcorn try's to talk some sense into Joseph, and while it seem to be sinking in - he accidentally shoots off an arrow towards the Pandas. Dale and Joseph are shocked while Redcorn catches the arrow in midair almost flawlessly. Dale then hands his son a gun with the funny line of "He won't catch a Bullet" LOL!
