Reach out to others. Contribute to others welfare by giving them something.
Build bridges, discover common ground.
Be playful and creative when exploring opportunities together. Touch each other's hearts.
Emotions that drain and stop you from getting connected are loneliness, anger and sadness.
Emotions that facilitate you getting connected are engage with others, love and contentment.
Look for new opportunities to build your network.
Proactively seek out the chance to engage with different people. Communicate with empathy. Listen and you become a proactive thinker.
Look at ways you can get involved and help others with their problems.
Be willing to seek support for yourself.
this way you can build resilience in hard times.
