Join The Marching Force as we honor the 16 graduates of the Class of 2019! In addition, we celebrate the life of Hampton University's most distinguished Alumna, Dr. Gladys Hope Franklin White, known to many of us as "Dr. White" or "Mother Dear," but known to our staff member, Mr. Justin A. Langley, Sr., as "Aunt Gladys." She was a prominent figure in both the North Carolina A&T and HU families, having raised over $3.1 million for NC A&T and over $11 million for Hampton University. Her efforts paved the way for hundreds of students to afford college, to include students in both the choir in the band, which she loved dearly.
Help us carry on Dr. White's legacy by continuing to support our HBCUs as we strive to build bridges for even more graduates. As the Class of 2019 moves on to greater things, always remember this timeless quote from Dr. White: "All that you send into the lives of others comes back into your own."
