I'm undoubtedly looking forward to getting hold of a CSL DD, but I think the hype that has resulted from the direct drive label - accompanied by a price that has never previously gone hand in hand with said label - might lead to some misinterpretations. Here's why I think expectations should be good but without designating it the second coming of jeebus, and it should be given a chance to be what it really looks to be; a ruthless mid range market carpet-bombing device.

Please note this is purely speculative, as it is with everyone at the moment - we won't know anything more about the upcoming CSL DD until it's in our hands. Make up your own mind, hopefully it's great!
