FRIED PRAWNS WITH HONEY SAUCE
Ingredients
Cleaned prawns ½ kg
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Flour 1-2 tbsp heaped
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 3 separated
Oil 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Honey Sauce
Tomato ketchup ½ cup
Water ½ cup
Big green chilies 6 julienne
Honey 3 tbsp
METHOD
Take egg whites in a bowl, beat till fluffy, add in oil, corn flour and continue beating, add in flour 1 tbsp and salt pinch, mix well, the batter will be thick and fluffy, marinate prawns with 1 tsp ginger garlic heaped, salt ½ tsp, white pepper ½ tsp, mix well, dip prawns in the prepared batter and deep fry till golden and crisp.
METHOD FOR SAUCE
Put ketchup and water in a sauce pan, add in honey, cook thicken with corn flour paste, add green chilies, serve with fried prawns.

FRIED TANDOORI STICKS
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg boneless cubes
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp heaped
Hung curd 2 tbsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coal 1 piece
Wooden skewers as required
Egg 1
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Bread crumbs as required
Oil as required
METHOD
Marinate chicken cubes with all the given ingredients, give dum of coal, put on wooden skewers, and dredge in bread crumbs, deep fry.
