I've dealt with CFS / Fibro / POTS for about 5 years and at the worst stage, I was completely bedridden unable to even turn over in bed. At one point I was bedridden for eight months straight unable to walk and luckily came across a doctor who was able to help me fully recover back to 100% and feel even healthier physically and mentally than before I got sick.
