Nation Of Beasts is a banger. They did a VERY good job with the perk pool for both PvE and PvP! Beasts will do you just fine. With upcoming sandbox changes, it is ready to perform. It has ALL the good pve perks for a handcannon and in PvP it bypasses range a bit.
