NB. THIS IS A VOICEOVER TRANSCRIPT, NOT A FULL SHOT LIST.
As the pieces of President-elect Barack Obama's White House staff come together, a few things are clear.
Obama's team will combine Washington experience with his Chicago roots.
Obama has named Washington insiders to several key positions in recent days.
Democratic officials say he plans to add another name to that list - Gregory Craig, who is expected to be named as White House Counsel.
Craig is former President Bill Clinton's impeachment lawyer.
But Obama is also bringing on several people who have been with him throughout the campaign.
His longtime confidant Valerie Jarrett will be a senior White House advisor.
He's expected to announce Robert Gibbs as press secretary and David Axelrod as another senior advisor.
Obama is yet to name any cabinet members.
Some say that's a smart move.

"Obama has to hit the ground running and he is hitting the ground running. Picking correctly a chief of staff before he picks a cabinet"
There's much speculation that Obama will name former rival Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State.
One rival who is unlikely to make his way into Obama's cabinet is John McCain.
The two met Monday, but McCain aides say they don't expect Obama to offer McCain a position.
