strawberry - 150g
gelatin - 3g
sugar - 2 tbsp.

sugar - 2 tbsp.

White chocolate mousse:

white chocolate - 100g
milk - 80 ml
gelatin - 7g
cream - 250g

Color MIRROR GLAZE:

gelatin - 12g
water - 80 ml for gelatin
liquid honey - 150g
white chocolate - 150g
condensed milk - 100g
sugar - 150g
water - 75 ml
food coloring - orange(natural food colorings)

Decoration :

milk chocolate stick
basil leaves
coconut flakes
