Quick vocal tip: how to sing the OO vowel high and with power!
For me, OO is one of the hardest vowels to sing high with power (tied with EE). For a long time I had no idea how to approach it.
Once I learned that the sang vowel is different from the spoken vowel and that it stems from the AY vocal tract shape, it made a huge difference. It takes time to get approaching it like this stored in your muscle memory, but knowing how to approach it was pivotal to me.
