German Chancellor Angela Merkel held talks with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Berlin today (October 21), where he also met US Secretary of State John Kerry.
The talks follow a surge in violence in Israel and the Palestinian Territories with fears mounting that the unrest will lead to a full-scale uprising.
