Mixology 619 - Episode 2 - Rosemary Pom

Austin McAdams, originally from Richmond, Virginia, moved to San Diego three years ago to pursue his master's degree at San Diego State University in furniture design. McAdams started his first restaurant job serving tables and began bartending at the age of 21. Currently 34-years-old, McAdams has been working at Humphreys for two years during the buzzing concert season.

We talked to McAdams about the origin of the cooling citrus drink Rosemary Pom and how he makes it.
