Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts cubed
1 onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp butter
Good glug of oil – of choice
1 tsp chili powder
2 heaped tbsp Curry powder of choice
2 heaped tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp sugar
1 ½ cup of stock – chicken or veg
Pinch of salt optional
Chopped coriander / cilantro
Water as needed
5 tbsp soup powder
