1. DETOX - 14 days ( please know days 1-4 the toilet is your new base, drink plenty of water , and avoid bad foods that causes you to have to detox. I did real good with avoiding bad foods cus I hate to poo, so going poo so much made me NEVER wanna eat bad again😭😭😭😭- I liked SIPPY SOUPS, buffalo Tuna packs , eggs , meats , no sodas )
2. 30 mindful ( figuring it out ) days - Be mindful of your eating patterns coming off of such an intense detox, do not pick up your old bad habits , curve the cravings with the ACV gummies. Also don’t STARVE yourself , just eat better.
3. 30 NEW U days - BY NOW U FEELING YOURSELF REAL BAD but this is NOT THE TIME TO LET UP….. START TO be more active.
