Koose/Akara /beans fritters is made of beans. It is gluten free, nutrient dense and so delicious. It is usually paired with Hausa koko /porridge or can be enjoyed on its own. It’s a very popular street food and inexpensive to buy or to make it at home. In today’s recipe I share with you the unpeeled version which is very healthy and full of fiber.
Ingredients:
1 pound black eye beans
3/4 of large onion or 1 medium size
1 habanero or to your taste
Salt to taste
