• Wet weather is mainly confined to eastern areas of the North Island on Saturday, but rain moves onto the southwest of the South Island on Sunday with a cold front arriving in the far south late on Sunday which zips up the country as we move into the new working week.
• High pressure moves onto our shores on Tuesday and brings a run of generally settled weather for most of the country.
• "While it looks like rain will have cleared Sky Stadium for the match Saturday night, it will be a chilly one," informs MetService meteorologist Lewis Ferris.
