Cream cheese was on sale today, so I made Spain originated Basque Cheesecake.
After a several trial and errors, this is probably the best recipe out there. Please give it a try!
Indegredients:
300g cream cheese
90g sanon Sugar, ordinary sugar is fine
7.5g cake flour
12g honey
160g eggs (3 whole eggs)
3 drips of vanilla essence
200g fresh cream (48%)
Key Points:
1. Soften the cream cheese
2. Mix the ingredients well
3. When adding fresh cream, mix it vertically with a whisk so you don't add too much air
