Four months to the day of a deadly shooting in Wisconsin's northwoods, Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen closed the investigation into the case and said that no criminal charges will be brought as a result of anyone's interaction with the shooter from the time he killed six people in Crandon, injured another and then later took his own life.
