Thanks to everyone who told me what they thought my mystery vegetable was and some you tube searches I now know what this vegetable is. It was only a mystery to me because I had never grown one before and some 'duff' information I was given by the grower who gave the seedlings to me. Still growing strong as we move into winter here in the UK I have lots of onion in store so this one I have 'potted up' to overwinter and grow on next year.
