How to make blue cheese sauce for buffalo wings #shorts

What goes with hot wings or buffalo wings? Blue Cheese sauce is the answer. Finding the best recipe out there can be a hard task, so let me take the hard work out for you and just show you how to make my version, which I feel is the best. Well I've had no complaints so far, five out five stars from anyone who has tried it.

As with all of my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

75 grams of Blue Cheese roughly chopped (Costello's Blue if you can get it, I find it works the best)
¼ of a cup of mayonnaise
¼ of a cup of sour cream
1 clove of crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
