In this video I am introducing the ancient Hitogata Nagashi purification ritual at the Water God's shrine ~
The Hito-Gata Nagashi ritual can be used to let anything flow and dissolve - of physical illness, mental or emotional issues or patterns that no longer serve us. Once cleansed we can open to receive health or healthier substitutes to what we had released.
The beauty of the ritual is that it doesn't require a priest to be performed: you can do it for your own self or for another person who needs help. Enjoy this visit to the beautiful Okuni Tama Shrine and the shrine to the Water God.
