"It's everywhere": That's the message from Washington State Dept. of Transportation officials about graffiti on state highways in #Seattle. Taggers are illegally spray painting names, symbols, and designs on freeway property and WSDOT paints over it with gray paint to match the concrete. But it's becoming a growing issue and state troopers say if you see something suspicious, report it.
