-sweetener of your choice
-3 TBSP (90g) vegan yogurt
TOFU SCRAMBLE:
-1 block (200g) tofu
-1 carrot
-2 stalks celery
-garlic powder, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper to taste
-a splash of plant milk
PROTEIN MILKSHAKE:
-1 frozen banana
-a handful frozen cauliflower
-30g vegan protein powder
-1 cup (250ml) plant milk
-1 TBSP peanut butter
FRIED RICE:
-2 TBSP sambal plek or tomato paste
-6 TBSP soy sauce
-1 TBSP sweetener of your choice
-3 TBSP vinegar
-1 TSP lemongrass powder
-rice, tofu and veggies
