Hello everyone am Ukennadi kitchen in this video I will show you guys how to make okazi soup a. K. a calabar soup, l call it okazi soup because I usually cook it with only okazi leaves without adding any other type of vegetable but for the sake of this video I added spinach calabar soup because okazi soup mixed with other vegetable is usually found in cross Rivers and Akwaibon states with sweet names like edikaigong, Afang soup etc, you guys should enjoy my soup (Okazi soup calabar soup) These are the the ingredients used in making this delicious soup
INGREDIENTS
Okazi
Spinach
Stock fish
Cow meat
Fresh pepper
Oil
Vegetable seasoning powder
Black pepper
Salt
