Afghani Chicken Gravy
Ingredients:
Chicken ½ kg
Green chilies 8
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Grinded tomatoes 2 cups
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Fresh cream 1 cup
Method:
Heat oil and fry ginger garlic and chicken. Cook well. Then add crushed black pepper, cumin, salt, all spice powder and green chilies. Cook well. Once the water is dry add grinded tomatoes and cook on a high flame. Now add yogurt and cook well until the water gets dry. Lastly add fresh cream and fresh coriander, mix well and serve hot.

Haray Masalay Ki Kadhi
Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ kg
Gram flour ½ cup
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Green chilies 8
Salt 2 tsp
Curry leaves 6
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Whole turmeric 1 piece
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Water 4 glasses
For The Pakoras:
Gram flour 1 cup
Cumin ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Green onions ½ tsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2
Soda bicarb handful
Oil as required
For The Temper:
Oil ½ cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Onion 1
Curry leaves 10
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Whole red chilies 10
Method:
In a blender add yogurt, gram flour, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander, salt, cumin seeds, turmeric and desiccated coconut. Cook for an hour. Then add tamarind juice and salt. Mix well.
For the pakoras, in a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well. Then add water and dissolve it properly. Now heat oil and prepare the pakoras. Then add these into the kadhi and temper the dish.
For the temper, heat oil and fry mustard seeds, onion, curry leaves, cumin seeds and whole red chilies. Temper the kadhi and serve hot.
