Hi Foodies, this week we're trying out some fine dining creative Italian Cuisine in Rome, at an establishment called Pipero Roma, helmed by young chef Ciro Scarmadella hailing from the town of Bacoli, Naples, known for their mussels!
Pipero has a mainstay dish, their Carbonara! And coming from our favourite Carbonara last week at Luciano we're extremely excited to try out Pipero's version of this world known dish!
Join us as we savour beautifully plated dishes consisting of a myriad of starters, an impressive mussel dish served on a water bowl, a seafood salad that looks like a gardens & our introduction to Fregola...a jaw dropping pasta!
