Here are all the ingredients that you will need for this recipe. Comment any questions or that you may have!

-6 Cups of water (normal temp)
-2 Cups of black beans (to give darken color to the rice, 1.5 cups will be removed)
-2 Cups of white rice
-2 Bay leafs
-3 Sweet mini peppers (yellow, red or only green)
-8-10 Tbsp of Oil (generously)
-6-10 Garlic cloves
-1/2 Onion (yellow or red)
-1/2 Tbsp of Oregano
-1/2 Tbsp of Parsley Flakes
-1/2 Tbsp of Grinded Cumin or Grain
-1-1 1/2 Tbsp of salt
-3 Tbsp of Green onion, Natural Parsley, and Cilantro mix (chopped and mixed together)
