Pendant Light Cord Sets
There are many online retailers for this component. They come in many different colors, 2-prong/3-prong (grounded), pre-wired, unwired varieties, and On/Off switch styles (toggle, push, rocker, pull chain, keyed, and keyless.) Purchase the style that suits your application and skill level
Take a look at some of these online retailers' selections. Just be sure to purchase one with a 1-3/8" or 1-1/2" threaded socket base supplied with a screw on nut/collar/ring. This is where your typical lamp shade would attach but you are replacing the lamp shade with these precut lids with a 1-1/2" hole. Please pose cord set questions directly to the Supplier and abide by your locality's electrical codes.

Light Bulbs
Thomas Edison's incandescent standard light bulbs are being phased out and replaced with CFL and LED bulbs. Both cost more but use less energy and have a longer life.
Now for the anxiety attack as there are SO MANY to choose from.
Your pendant light cord socket will have a standard threaded socket for Thomas' standard Type A light bulb. This standard threaded socket is known as an E26 MEDIUM BASE in the convoluted light bulb world. The "E" in E26 stands for Edison.
Regular Mouth Mason Jar Application -- Use "Mini Spiral" CFLs or LEDs whose bulb diameter is 2-1/4" or less. These come in various wattages and light simulations... anxiety attack
Wide Mouth Mason Jar Application - Use "Standard Spiral" CFLs or LEDs whose bulb diameter is 2-3/4" or less. These also come in various wattages and light simulations... searching for medication now
If you are unsure, bring your jar to the store! People may look at you oddly sizing light bulbs into jars but you can stand with confidence knowing you will be creating your own personal lighting fixture that they will admire with jealousy.
