This is the most delicious chicken breast I have ever eaten! Simple, cheap and very juicy!
👉Ingredients and preparation
3 chicken fillets
Garlic: 5 cloves chopped
1 large onion
1/2 cup water or stock
1/2 cup cream
butter and vegetable oil
spices, rosemary sprig, salt
1. Cut the chicken fillet.
2. Salt and pepper on both sides and brush with oil
3. We heat the pan and fry the chicken fillet on both sides until golden brown.
4. Cut the onion and 5 cloves of garlic.
5. Remove the chicken from the pan.
6. Put the oil in the pan and fry the onion until transparent.
7. Add garlic to the onion and cook for half a minute.
8. Add cream and some water
9. Chop the parsley and add to the sauce.
10. Add salt and spices.
11. Stir the sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes.
12. Return the chicken to the pan and dip into the sauce.
16. Simmer for 15 minutes.
