600 days packed into 16 minutes touching on the recovery of a torn patellar tendon, ACL, PCL, MCL & meniscus through 3 procedures. It’s a bit uncomfortable sharing this, but my ultimate goal is to give some light at the end of the tunnel for those going through an injury. Life can change in the blink of an eye, but I feel fortunate to have dealt with injuries that were repairable, and am able to return to a sport that I love. I’m constantly motivated by seeing others hard work and dedication- so hopefully this piece can shed some light on the dark times that ultimately get better. Thanks for watching!
