Yoga Exercises Working with the Seated Straddle and Head to Knee Forward Bend Poses
In this video, I will begin by doing some warm up exercises to start the routine. Next, I will use blocks to help me with this stretch. I will place the blocks underneath the heels of my feet. I will do a "seated straddle" pose. This will maximize the stretch. From there, while still using the blocks, I will do a "head to knee forward bend" pose. To finish out the exercise routine, I will go back to the "seated straddle" pose.
