I purchased an industrial quick-disconnect fitting for the Campbell-Hausfeld 1-gallon air compressor I reviewed in a previous video. I also picked up a few more fittings so I could make use of the hose that came with it.
Turns out the fitting I picked up for the compressor was defective, I've since exchanged it and replaced it and all is good now.
I also go over the difference between industrial and automotive quick-disconnect air fittings, and do a water-bath test of all of the connections to ensure there are no leaks.
For those of you playing the home game, there is absolutely no difference between an automotive and an industrial fitting except the connector itself. They both serve exactly the same purpose. They're not compatible with each other, so I made up a couple of adapters as well.
