In this video I wanted to give y’all a quick run down of a very healthy option to add to your daily pregnancy meals throughout the day. I also wanted to give you a glimpse of a few exercises I’ve been incorporating to keep the excess weight down in my back and arms. As a thick girl there are areas we have to stay focused on while pregnant so that it doesn’t get too out of hand. So I made this video for us!!
I’m also updating you on my journey. I am officially in the middle of my second trimester and I am 5 months pregnant. I haven’t carried a child in 15 years. This is only my second child, I am soon to be 38yo and I am soo blessed to be on this journey and to have you guys on it with me.
