Ingredients:
For Kebab
- 300 Grams Minced Beef ( You may substitute to just lamb if you can't eat beef for religious reasons)
- 500 Grams Minced Lamb
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Large Red Chili
- 1/2 Red Capsicum
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Salt (As per Taste)
- 1 Tbsp Chili Flakes
For Lavash
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Tbsp Chili Flakes
- Handful of Parsley
- 100ml Water
- 3 Lavash
For Tomato Sauce
- Existing Lavash Oil
- Tomato Puree
- Salt (As per taste)
- 1 Tbsp Vinegar
To Garnish
- Add the Beyti Kebab
- Add pieces of Lavash in the center
- Add 2-3 Spoonful of Greek Yogurt
- Add some parsley and sumac (or paprika) to the yogurt
- Add Tomato sauce around the beyti kebab.
