Iron Mike Tyson - Heavy weight boxing champ of the world - was too short, had breathing issues and hit rock bottom in life - but, he transformed the way he looked at things, and then turned his greatest weakness into his greatest strengths - he saw advantages where he had previously only seen disadvantages - his height and his breathing issues became his strengths and drove him to move fast and end his fights with quick knockouts - What made Tyson so special was his ability to focus on what he had - instead of what he didn't have - and seeing his weakness for what they truly were... Blessings in Disguise.

Training our mind to see the endless array of power and strength and opportunities that exist even in the hardest of times - and it brings to mind what Einstein said just before he dropped the mic... that "In The Middle of Difficulty Lies Opportunity" :)


We ALL have the ability to train ourselves - by doing simple exercises everyday, and creating new healthy habits to help train our mind to see things in a way that help strengthen us - and it is almost always through the hardest times, that we are able to allow our greatest transformations to emerge.
